“I’m proud to be part of an elite group of international coaching practitioners…”

My mission:
I help men who've already won, by every societal measure, build a life that actually feels like theirs. Not one they've inherited and not one that looks right from the outside.

My commitment:
I will never treat you like you're broken, because you're not. I will create a space that feels completely honest: no performance, no image to protect. And I will never hand you a one size fits all approach when what you need is something built around you.

I’m Cassandra…

Amazon No.1 bestselling author and 2026 Business Book Awards finalist.

My clients include Harvard University, FTSE 100 CEOs, elite athletes and founders of multi-million-pound businesses across the UK and US.

I'm a Master Practitioner in NLP and Timeline Therapy, and a Business Practitioner of Motivational Maps.

I'm also a self-confessed podcast junkie, usually found swigging Earl Grey by the gallon and ferociously scribbling notes for my second book in my trusty journal.  Motivated by freedom and autonomy and one thing above everything else: helping men find their own version of an extraordinary life.

“I was just….stuck. Second guessing myself. Overwhelmed. Cassandra quickly established a safe space and skilfully guided me. And now…I’m free.”

Why men?

I’ve coached men and women for many years. The seismic moment for me was whilst I sat in the front row of the London Palladium listening to a speaker talk about solitude.

They shared a study published in Science magazine that revealed two-thirds of men would rather give themselves an electric shock than sit alone with their thoughts for fifteen minutes. I got goosebumps. I sat there running through every man I knew who fit that description. And I knew I had to do something about it, which became the focus of my coaching today.

But you’re a woman!

I see being a woman as my secret power in supporting your transformation. There is something special about the feminine / masculine dynamic, perhaps it’s because there’s no need for comparison or judgement.

I also care deeply about being a compassionate listener for you. To hold a safe space. You may be surprised how freeing it feels.
